Short answers on tools, data, privacy, ads, pricing, and what happens after handoff.
Do you replace my staff with AI?
No. We remove repetitive steps and draft work your team reviews. Fewer hours on busywork, not fewer people.
What tools do you work with?
Email, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Notion, spreadsheets, lightweight CRMs, git repos, web forms. If it has an API or export, we can usually connect it.
Is my data sent to public AI services?
Only if that fits your risk tolerance and we document it. Many jobs use local or private options when data is sensitive.
How long does a first project take?
A focused pilot is usually a few weeks of calendar time, depending on workflow clarity and system count.
What does it cost?
No public price list. After scoping we propose effort and limits in writing. Pilots are sized so you can stop if it is not useful.
What happens after handoff?
You get runbooks and optional follow-up for fixes or the next workflow. You are not locked into a platform we own.
How do you handle personal data in automations?
We map what PII flows through each step, minimise what is stored, and document retention. Sensitive workflows get local or private-cloud options when needed.
Does this site use cookies or ads?

Where is my contact form data stored?
Submissions go to Formspark, which forwards to our inbox. We keep messages as long as needed to reply and follow up. Request deletion via hello@papsbot.com or the contact form.
Can you sign an NDA or DPA?
Yes for scoped engagements. We discuss data roles and subprocessors before build time — Formspark and Cloudflare are listed in our privacy notice.
What if the automation breaks?
Every build includes logging, alerts, and a documented kill switch. You own the code or config — we can help fix it or hand you enough detail to patch it yourself.
Do you train models on my data?
No. We configure tools you control. If a vendor offers opt-out for training, we enable it and note it in the handoff doc.
