What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. If you completed the readiness check first, your result is attached to help us reply usefully.

How the contact flow works

• The form posts to Formspark, a third-party form processing service.
• Formspark forwards the submission to our inbox by email.
• We read and reply by email. There is no customer login area on this site.
• Your browser stores readiness check answers locally until you submit — they are not sent anywhere until you choose to contact us.

Google AdSense

If you accept advertising cookies in our cookie banner, we display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

AdSense scripts load only after you accept ads in the cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only", no ad scripts run.

• Formspark — form processing and email notification delivery.
• Google AdSense — advertising, only after cookie consent for ads.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@papsbot.com.
